Hello, I'm Marcus!

A project manager and game maker based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Ex-DICE Release Manager, now seeking employment in 2026. Graduated from Futuregames in 2022. Previously, I completed a 3-year bachelor's program in game design & business at Uppsala University.

I found my way into the game field through my love of collaborative teamwork, problem solving, and playing. When crafting games, I value player-agency, gameplay-oriented design, and wrapping it all together by providing context to the world, characters, and objectives.

I've built my skills up through my hands-on experience crafting experiences alongside fellow designers, artists, and programmers. I'm prone to taking on additional responsibilities. Especially drawn to the Project Owner position, as well as game-adjacent volunteer duties and fun initiatives.

Outside of games, I enjoy a healthy mix of tabletop roleplaying games, improv theatre, and dodgeball.

I'm currently seeking narrative/game design opportunities whilst working as a Release Manager for DICE.I am eager to talk more about my work, passion, and experiences.

A little bit of optional-Marcus-lore!

Dungeons & Dragons was the gateway drug for getting into the game field. A tool for building up my storytelling and design skills through constructing simple, digestible narratives. The best excuse to share laughs with good people.
I come from a theatre background, a long history of dramatic productions, musicals, writing plays, improv acting, and more!

Moving countlessly from place to place has spurred my pass-time as a community builder. From starting new clubs, improving educations as a student representative, planning initiatives to enrich student life, and creating safe places for creating.

Warning: If hired, I'll attempt to start at least one D&D group at your workplace. Guaranteed.
